Yumeiho® at your hotel in Cannes
After a long day at the Palais, on your feet or in meetings, I come to your room or suite for a private Yumeiho® session. Yumeiho® is a Japanese manual method centred on posture, balance and movement. You stay clothed, in comfortable clothes: a cotton T-shirt, socks, and tracksuit bottoms or light, loose trousers, or leggings. The session takes place on a tatami mat that I bring.
How it works
- Send me a WhatsApp message with your hotel, the date and a preferred time.
- I confirm the time and the price before anything is booked.
- I arrive with the mat. Please let reception know you are expecting a visitor. Some hotels ask a member of staff to accompany me.
- The first session lasts 80 minutes: about 20 minutes of conversation and mobility tests, then 60 minutes of hands-on work adapted to you. Follow-up sessions last 60 minutes.
Space in the room
The mat measures 140 × 200 cm and needs about one metre of free space around it. Most rooms and suites have enough space. If you are unsure, send me a photo of the room.
During congresses and festivals
Cannes is busiest during MIDEM, MIPIM, the Film Festival, Cannes Lions, the Yachting Festival and MIPCOM. Evening times go quickly in those weeks, so it is best to book a few days ahead.
Colleagues travelling together
I can see two or three people one after another in the same room or suite. Please book this in advance so I can plan the time.
Rates
In Cannes and Le Cannet: first session (80 min: about 20 min of conversation and tests, 60 min of hands-on work) from €180, follow-up session (60 min) from €150. Late-evening sessions, after 20:00, are possible by arrangement. Evening and short-notice sessions carry an additional fee, quoted before you confirm. Payment after the session by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, cash or bank transfer. An invoice in your company’s name is available on request.
Language
I work in French and Russian, and my English is enough for the session. Health questions are checked in writing on WhatsApp before the session.
Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before the session. Less than 24 hours before: 50% of the price.
